We are looking for motivated, creative and professional applicants to come work in our Library and Core Course programs.
At Elan Shanghai we offer guided independent reading programs in our Library of over 7,000 books as well as Literature and Writing classes.
Due to our popularity we will be expanding our operations in Shanghai and Beijing, and we are looking for ambitious individuals who can fill management positions in the future.
We are looking for 3 - 4 new members to join our team.
The successful applicants need to be flexible and hard working as we are a goal orientated company.
Hiring period: May to June. Positions to be filled immediately.
Job Description:
Teach Core Literature Courses
Coach in the Library
Research and Development Projects
Qualifications:
BA in Education preferred
TEFL/TOEFL certificate
1 - 2 years teaching experience
- Applicants already in China preferred
Wage Package
- 12, 000 - 14, 000 RMB per month depending on experience
Performance Bonus: 6000 RMB after 6 months
Return airfare up to 8000 RMB
- Visa sponsorship for successful applicants
- 7 - 10 days paid holiday
