Elementary School in Beijing Is Offering ESL Positions With Great Pay!

One of our public elementary schools in Beijing is hiring ESL teachers. This program uses the most advanced equipments and teaching facilities.

The exact working days are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Total teaching hours in the classroom do not exceed 20 periods per working week (1 period = 40 minutes).

This is a full-time position with 40 working hours/week. Teaching hours do not exceed 20 periods per week and for the remainder of the 40 hours, the teacher will be assigned administrative work including lesson planning, grading homework and parent meetings, etc.

Benefits:

Monthly salary starts off from RMB 17,500 + RMB 1,500 monthly bonus up to RMB 19,000

RMB 4,000 rental allowance is included in monthly salary if school does not provide housing. If school provides accommodation, RMB 4,000 will be deducted from salary.

The teacher will receive paid vacation days along with Chinese major public holidays during the school year.

Airline ticket up to RMB 13,000 reimbursed upon successful completion of the contract. Amount of reimbursement shall be the price of the actual airline ticket (not more than 13,000 RMB).

The school will pay for health insurance.

Assistance finding housing.

Requirements:

Must hold a passport from a native English-speaking country (eg. USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)

Bachelor's degree or above

At least two years of experience as a teacher. Experience in teaching English to young learners and/or kindergarten kids is a plus.

Must have teaching credentials or certificates (TESOL or TEFL)

Willing to work for a minimum of one year and is adapt to a different culture.

Basic computer skills and open to the usage of educational technology in teaching (e.g. interactive board).
