Job Description

1 To prepare for short term and long term lesson plans and to develop our curriculum;

2 To design questionnaire papers for informal and formal assessments, and to build a track record for each

students;

3 To hold parents meetings, reflect on the feedbacks, and to create action plans to support students further;

4 To assist with administration tasks including registration, marking, tracking and recruitment;

5 To provide Counseling support to our students;

6 To contribute to our school’s Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s);

7 To Participate in workshops organized by the school, and the on-going teacher training programmes;

8 To be actively involved in our school promotional and marketing activities

The post holder will be expected to work 5 days a week (20 teaching hours (maximum) + 16 office hours per week)

Requirement

1 UK/USA/Canada/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand - passport 
2 Native English speakers 
3 TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate (preferable but not essential) 
4 Bachelors degree not essential for some positions

Wages and Benefits

1 Salary: negotiable, up to 10-20k+K/month, based on applicants’ educational background and teaching experiences.

2 Accommodation: accommodation allowance;

3 Insurance: we will provide the insurance recommended and required by the laws and regulations of

China, e.g. accident insurance, medical insurance. The insurance will cover the period of the contract.

4 Travel: offer 6000 RMB for international airline per year.

5 Public holidays + School holidays for some kindergarten positions 
6 We provide assistance on housing, bank account opening and health check operations and etc.
