English Foundation Programme Teacher Needed

IIBT is renowned for its reputation in delivering English Language Foundation Programs and Academic Pathway programs in the People’s Republic of China through partner Universities and Institutions in a number of major cities.

We are looking for an English Foundation Programme Teacher to deliver our foundation programmes from April 2012 (3 months with an extension of another year contract subject to feedback).

Qualifications/Technical Skills

Required:
• A bachelor's degree and TESOL Certificate or equivalent
• A love of teaching with an ability to collaborate well with others
• Good health and under the age of 60 (This is a government regulation)
• An ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• English Native Speaker from AUSTRALIA preferred
• IELTS Examiner status preferred

Working Conditions and Environment
All teachers are provided with a furnished apartment, and appropriate teaching facilities within the university or institution. They are encouraged to work as a part of the international team at the university.

Salary, international travel allowance and Bonus
The salary is 6000-9000 RMB per month which allows for a comfortable life in China, and 5000 RMB travel allowance per semester. Texts and curricula are provided.

We also will arrange an appropriate work/business visa.

Work Load
This is a full-time position working 5 days a week (Generally from Monday to Friday. The teaching loading averages 20 hours per week.
