About Aspiration Education

Co-founded by a former Columbia University faculty member, Aspiration Education is a professional English training institution located in Shenzhen, China. At present, the center is providing courses on TOEFL, IELTS, SAT and AP to help Chinese students excel in those tests so that they can apply for colleges in US and realize their dreams.

Job Description

· Design new and improve old TOEFL, IELTS, SAT and AP curriculum including teaching materials, principles and methods of instruction, student performance evaluation and so on.

· Teach Chinese students English and help them excel in TOEFL, IELTS, SAT and AP tests.

· Train other Chinese teachers (, depending on personal experience and career development interest).

Requirements

· Strong educational background, BA degree at minimum.

· Relevant teaching experiences on academic English.

· TEFL, TESOL certificate strongly preferred (sponsorship is available).

· At least one year’s commitment.

Benefit Package

· Monthly after tax salary >RMB 18, 000 includes basic salary RMB 15, 000-18, 000 (100 teaching hours) and additional salary beyond 100 teaching hours or higher hourly rate depending on education background, experience and students’ feedback.

· RMB 1000-2000 monthly housing stipend.

· Sponsored legal working visa.

· Health insurance.

· 5 paid annual leave days plus 11 national holidays.

· Free mandarin Chinese lessons.
