English Instructor/partial Owner

There is a 25 year history of our school, NAC, in our "small" town outside of Nagoya.
Living accommodations are available at our quaint, traditional school-house.
Twenty five years of teaching materials are available to you, a printer on site, also available is a school car.
At present, there are only about ten classes per week. You will have the freedom to generate more work if you like.
We ask that 45,000 yen/month be paid from the income of classes. towards bills and the rent of the school-house.
We would like to renew this agreement in a year's time.
