English Instructors - Changsha, Hunan

REA (Real Education Academy) is currently seeking full-time foreign English instructors.

About the school:

We are a private English school founded in 2009 with many locations all over the city of Changsha (and expanding to other cities in the coming future), the capital city of Hunan province, P.R.China. Our slogan is “Speak like a native” and we stay true to it. We were rewarded as the "Elite Private Schools" in Changsha by the local authorities in 2011 and 2012. We provided the highest possible education for our students. Each of our classes has a maximum of 8 students so instructors may provide individual attention for the each student to refine and sharpen grammatically and verbally. We have students from ages 3 to 20 plus. Working with this well established school private training school is a great opportunity for both new and experienced ESL instructors. New teachers can be trained in a professional environment, while experienced teachers can look towards advancement with this fast growing company.

Ideal candidates should:

Have at least 1 year of teaching experience but not necessary

Own a bachelor degree or higher

Own a TEFL, CELTA or TESOL certificate

Be a native English speaker

Be patient, positive, outgoing, and be passionately committed to teaching

Good communication skills and interaction with students and parents

Job description:

Preparing class and delivering class in accordance to our curriculum

Students: kids, teenagers, university students, and businessmen

2-8 students per class and sometimes 1 on 1’s

Teaching hours :80 hours a month

Curriculum provided

Teaching assistant provided

Location: Hunan Province, China

Compensation:

Competitive salary, annual performance bonus RMB10000-12000 per month depends

Accommodation allowance which is RMB1000-2000 per month

Sponsored Z visa plus Foreign Expert Certificate (FEC)

International airfare allowance

Reimbursed work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees

Comprehensive medical and accidental insurance

10 days paid annual leave plus 12 days public holiday/per year, two days off/week
