English Language Teachers

BrightSpark Teachers have a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced teachers to teach English in China. We are working with an organization who have centers across the East Coast and in Central China. Their first center opened in 2006 and they have been growing rapidly ever since, they now have a vast amount of branches. More centers will be opening in 2017 /2018 and they are recruiting English Teachers to join the new and existing branches.

They are looking for candidates who have outstanding personal and interpersonal communication skills and experience with technology in the classroom. Candidates should also have excellent organizational skills and a willingness to be flexible in terms of teaching assignment within a school setting.

As an English Language Teacher you are provided with a package that includes flight allowance and accommodation allowance. You will be supported from the very beginning and throughout, initial and ongoing training is also provided. Additional benefits are also offered as incentives e.g. quarterly performance bonus.

About The School:
They have their own curriculum which is unique and extremely effective for students with all levels of English. Their curriculum and textbooks are developed and designed by their own teaching department and are continually updated to support students and teachers.

Salary: RMB 9500 - 15000 p.m
Duration: 1 year with opportunity to renew
Quarterly bonus 2500/based on performance
Housing allowance 1500-3000/month
Flight allowance 8000/year
10 days holiday + 12 days public holiday

Candidates are required to have a degree and a TEFL Certificate (from any TEFL provider). Your degree can be in any subject, and applications from fresh graduates are welcome. You should be a native English speaker and available for 12 months. This role suits those who are confident and independent, who are looking to travel and experience new cultures. Previous experience teaching will be valuable but is not necessary.
