Gogo Reading is an English leveled reading and English Language training service provider to children aged 4-16 in China. It currently manages libraries all over China with its headquarters located in Beijing. In addition, Gogo Reading provides online assessments, reading solutions to students and Employees, and helps schools and learning centers build all-English libraries for Independent Guided Reading.
Gogo Reading was invested by Baidu & Tencent together. We are willing to open thousands of libraries in China to build a big reading net for the children.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Library Coaches need to assist in all aspects of guided independent reading program. The program is designed to nurture independent reading behavior and improve reading comprehension skills over a period of time. Students will be required to undertake a library‘flow’ in which they will read, undertake AR quizzes on iPads, interview with a coach and write book reports on the stories read. Library Coaches will be required to monitor this process and use motivational tools to ensure that students maintain interest and achieve set goals. In order to achieve this, coaches need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students through literature.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

◆Check library reservation list and arrival sheet updated
· ◆Enforce rules and ‘culture of English’ in the library
· ◆Greet and guide students to the appropriate reading level
· ◆Monitor student progress utilizing data analysis
· ◆Interview students and assess their interview performance
· ◆Assist students in following library flow
◆Conduct student placement testing for incoming students
· ◆Inductions (three to four days of guidance for each new student)
· ◆Write student assessment reports
◆Assist in marketing activities and promotions

1. English reading teacher to kids aged from 4-16
2.Job Location: 8 branches in Beijing
3.Working hours: Wed-Sun (40 hours /week) Monday and Tuesday off
Requirements
1.Native English teachers from America,Canada,Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Britain.
2.Love teaching kids, Two years teaching experience preferred
3.BA degree preferred
4.Teaching certificate preferred
