Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• TESOL certificate (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience (preferred but not required)
• Cleared background check
• One year commitment
• Must have native/native-like English speaking & writing ability
• Able to communicate with learners where English is not their first language
• Able to build relationships with learners and their guardians to keep them "in-the-know" about their progress

Sample Salary & Benefits (May vary depending on the institution of placement):

• 10,000 -15,000 RMB (depending on position & number of classes)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of weekly lesson plans
• Daily instruction of lessons
• Punctuality
• Weekly student assessments (recording/checking of homework and tests)
• Participation of professional development sessions
• Ability to adapt and be self-motivated
• Ability to positively interact and connect with students to improve their English
