Hello Tom Kids English is an English language school which adopts the American interdisciplinary original and natural teaching method. This teaching method was founded by Dr. Tom Rodriguez who, apart from being the founder of this method, is also an English language research expert and an educator full of creativity. The American interdisciplinary teaching method has been entirely based on Chinese students’ learning habits. It allows the language practice to be lively, flexible, interesting, developing children’s American way of thinking and future leadership abilities, and lays the foundation for children to become internationalization future leaders.
Hello Tom Kid English has currently 60 schools all over the country. It offers many disciplines for the 3 to 12-year-old children such as music, arts, mathematic, science and other subjects, adding knowledge in the classroom while improving children’s English skills. This method also cultivates children’s interest for other disciplines and develops children’s independent thinking, sensitivity, cooperation, and a good character with a great sense of responsibility. This way, a solid foundation is built in order for children to be able to become a part of “internationalization” in the future.

Job responsibilities: 岗位职责

1. Prepare and provide demo classes as required.

2. Help kindergarten and elementary students improve their English ability.

3. Provide advice and assistance to students, inside and outside of the classroom.

4. Promote and preserve a cheerful atmosphere to keep children involved and motivated during English classes.

5. Plan English classes schedule and keep an eye on the lesson plan writing.

6. Assist in the placement testing and interview new students for enrollment.

7. Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parents’ meetings and life activity clubs.

8. Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for one’s own development.

Job requirements: 任职要求

1. Must be a native English speaker (American, British, Canadian, Australian preferred).

  英语为母语的外籍教师（英国、美国、� 拿大人士优先考�'）。

2. Bachelor Degree holders with a 2-year teaching experience are strongly preferred.

   本�'学历并�"有2年教学经验者优先。

3. More than 2 years of working experience.

  至�'有两年以上的工作经验者。
4. Holding a TESOL, TEFL or CELTA certification is strongly preferred.
  持有TESOL, TEFL或CELTA 的证书优先考�'。

5. The candidate should love teaching, be responsible for and be patient with the students, be willing to cooperate with one’s colleagues and have a good teamwork spirit.

6. Have a good sense of humor, and long –term cooperation intentions, be highly motivated and goal-orientated.

Job offer benefits: 任职获利

1. The monthly salary will range between 10.000 to 12.000 RMB, according to the work performance.
   � �据工作绩效，月薪范围10.000至12.000元之间。
2. A free and all furnished apartment will be provided (water, electricity and internet bills will be at the teacher’s own expenses).

   3. 5.000 RMB bonus will be added to the final wage if the teacher finish one year contract.

Job working conditions: 任职工作情况

1. 
   40 hours of work per week, including 20 hours of teaching.
   每�'�工作40小时，包括20小时的教学时间。
   2. Days off: Mondays and Tuesdays.

   3. Wednesday to Friday working hours: 13:00 p.m to 21:00 p.m (with a one-hour supper break, not included in the 40 hours of work).
