English Teacher and Head Teacher

To teach business English and general English to adults, teens and children. To lead and coordinate a team of language teachers (English and 6 other languages).

Main responsibilities include:
• Managing relationships with teachers, staff and students
• Implementing systems to further improve the quality of teaching
• Teaching high value classes such as courses for corporate clients
• Writing proposals and meeting potential corporate clients
• Helping with the recruitment of teachers

Required:
• B.A. or above, with professional teaching diploma
• Native English speaker
• 5 years teaching experience is essential
• Team leader experience
• Speaking another language will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, mature, independent and well organized
• Self-motivated with positive working attitude
