English Teacher for Ef Baotou

Teach students from the age of 3 to 18 at EF kids and teens. At EF we use EF's own course books and accompanying materials, which are all aligned with CEFR for age groups of 7+ years old.

Teachers will teach from 20 - 26 hours per week as well as communicate with classroom assistants about the progress of students or any issues that arise with students.

Teachers are responsible for updating student records via EF's own in-house system for keeping attendance and other records of students.

There are opportunities for career progression with EF, whether that be in school or our head office in Shanghai.

 

The package is as follows:
No experience 8,000 RMB monthly (Net) - 11,000 RMB (GROSS)
1 year experience 9,000 RMB monthly (Net) - 12,000 RMB (GROSS)
2+ years experience 10,000 RMB monthly (Net) – 13,000 RMB (GROSS)

9,000 RMB flight allowance paid after 6th and 12th month
Worldwide medical & dental insurance (excl the USA) provided by school
Shared accommodation (2nd year contract can have their own apartment)
Contract extension bonus 3,000 RMB
10 annual paid vacation days with 11+ Chinese vacation days
Free Chinese lessons
Free Cambridge TKT Young Learners examination
In house training through EF NADP program
Opportunities for development for senior positions at school and within EF as a company.
20 - 26 teaching hours per week.

 

Requirements:

Must be 24 years or older
Must hold a BA degree. (needs to be authenticated/notarized)
Must have at minimum 120 hour TEFL
No teaching experience required
We can obtain a Z visa for native and non-native speakers
If you are a non-native speaking candidate, your accent must be neutral in sound.
