English Teacher Job Description

Workload: about 10-18 hours per week

Location: schools throughout China (Cities in the Provinces of Zhejiang,Guangdong, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Hubei, Hainan, Shandong, and Fujian and all parts of China.)

Position Requirements:

-Native or near-native English speaker, preferably from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or other native English-speaking country;

-Bachelor's degree or high school graduate or relevant educational certificate, negotiable based on individual qualifications and performances;

-Experience preferred but not required; TEFL or TESOL certificates preferred but not required

-One semester or a full year commitment.

One semester: from Feb.17 to the end of May or early June, 2014

One academic year: from Feb.17 to Dec. 30^th, 2014

Benefits:

- fully legal work contract with regular Chinese schools;

-One-week TEFL prepost trainings and relevant orientation in Beijing, including airport transportation, classes on TEFL theory and practice, Mandarin language lessons, cross-cultural training and cultural problem-solving, sightseeing trips and cultural performances, and training towards receiving TEFL certification;

-Assistances with the procedures for coming and going , staying in China and other relevant services are provided with English---speaking school coordinator to ease you into your new surroundings and responsible for the whole course of the teaching period;

-English speaking school coordinator to ease you into your new school surroundings;

-Monthly payment: 4800-7000 RMB, to be determined on candidate's qualifications and performances;

-Travel Allowance: 2000RMB/Semester; 5000RMB/Academic Year.

-Free standard accommodation and office provided by the school;

-Free meals in school or get about 300RMB meal allowance;

-Paid U.S. holidays AND Chinese holidays;

-Free choices of teaching locations, optional one semester or one academic year.
