English Teacher Needed for Beijing Preschool / Training Centre
High quality and professional teaching delivered to the students with a positive and proactive attitude.
A constant development of existing lessons so that we can all improve together.
Development of teaching props and teaching tools (we use a lot of physical props during lessons).
Mastering of the preset demo lesson that we use as our standardised demo lesson.
Idea sharing and active research on how to develop and improve the curriculum.
Aim to develop and improve working relationships with other teachers so that we can improve teaching quality.
The working day starts at 13:00 and finishes at 20:00.
The kindergarten classes are conducted daily and are as follows: 14:10-14:45, 15:00-15:35, 15:50-16:25 (3 different groups of students)
Evening classes begin at 17:30 or 18:00 and are 1 hour long with a 5 minute break in the middle.
Weekend working days begin at 09:00 and finish at 11:00 or 12:00 and then continue from 17:00-19:00.
Weekly teaching hours won't exceed 24 hours.
Once entering our team you will have a ‘day off’ assigned to your schedule, or the option of 2 days off assigned.
Should you choose two days off, your work start time will be adjusted on other days to start earlier as to compensate for loss of hours.

The first three month’s salary are paid at 15,000 RMB and from the fourth month it will be paid at 17,000 RMB.
If you renew your contract after a year, your salary will increase by 1000-2000 RMB per month.
You will receive an annual bonus.
We will provide full visa support and get you through every step of the application process.
The working contract is one year long.
Our school follows all the national and public holidays.
The pre-school has a one month summer break.
The training centre classes do not have a summer break.
One week of the three week spring festival break is paid.
The other national and public holidays are not paid.
The teacher will be provided with medical insurance for the duration of their contract.
If you renew your contract after a year, your salary will increase by 1000-2000 RMB per month.
