English Teacher Needed in China!
Webster Education (WE) was established in 1996 and has 20-year history of success in education. To date, WE has grown to become a leading provider of quality educational service in Guangxi, specializing in the provision of world-class university access, immigration counseling, outcome-assured language programs, TNE programs, early-childhood education and primary education. Each year, over 10,000 students choose to study or receive tailor-made services at WE.
We-kids House, the wholly-owned subsidiary company of Webster Education founded in 2011, is a well-established early-childhood education provider in Guangxi province and currently has 11 kindergartens. 8 are in the provincial capital Nanning, host to the annual ASEAN expo, and the other one is in Guilin, famous for its breathtaking heart scenery. With over 300 staff members and teachers, it provides services for more than 2500 children each year.
Compensation package
1) Return airfare for applicants outside China.
2) Accommodation, visa and health insurance.

Qualifications
1) Bachelor degree or above and recognized TEFL / TESOL qualification.
2) At least 2 years’ experience in teaching/training for English teachers and class teachers (early-childhood education background preferred).
3) Native-level English speaker from major English Speaking Countries.
4) No criminal record or any harmful habits.
5) Good health, energetic, open-minded, nice and patient, love and feel comfortable staying with young children.
Primary Responsibilities
1) Teach classes to children aged between 2.5 and 18 according to a well-developed curriculum;
2) Organize demo classes, activities and teachers’ training as required;
3) Observe and evaluate children, record their performance and make suggestions for improvement;
4) Serve as a liaison among the children, their family, other colleagues and the management, especially in supporting practices that strengthen the positive image of the organization;
