English Teacher Needed in Shanghai

Job description:

Teach children in an international, bilingual preschool learning environment

Responsible for leading all subject area lessons in English

Facilitate lessons using a variety of school provided materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.

Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.

Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order.

Read books to entire classes or to small groups.

Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary of 24,000 - 30,000 RMB (3,500 - 4,450 USD) per month pre-tax, depending on qualifications and experience

Full medical insurance with Chinese and Western Holidays plus 4 weeks vacation during Summers.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Minimum 2 years post graduation teaching experience OR

120 hour TEFL or CELTA required
