Teachers have the opportunity for paid training at our Head Quarters located in Shanghai. Due to our size and experience, there is also a clearly defined career development path and plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Locations: Nanjing, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chengdu, Shanghai, Xuzhou

Student Age: 3 to 16

Contract Length: One School Year

Working Hours: 40 Hours

Teaching Hours: Maximum 25 hours

Benefits Package (up to 20,000 ++)

Monthly Salary: 9,500- 15,800 Yuan

Monthly Housing Allowance: 3,000 Yuan

Monthly Meal Allowance: 1,000 Yuan

Monthly Bonus: 1,000 Yuan

Quarterly Bonus: 2,000 Yuan

Medical Insurance: 4,000 Yuan

Contract Completion Bonus: 6,000 Yuan

Annual Travel Allowance: 3,000 Yuan

Relocation Allowance: 1,500 Yuan (negotiable if coming from abroad)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

• Canadian, American, British, Australian and New Zealander

• 2 years teaching experience (references required)

• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA

• Clean Background Check
