As a Tutor at the FG Academy you will receive: 
-About RMB 300-400 per hour depending on the teaching experience and feedback

As a Teacher you will be expected to: 
-Be available after 3:30pm during weekdays and full day on weekends 
-Be confident with the English Literature syllabus at an A Level / IB standard 
-Be enthusiastic about English Lit and related subjects such as English Lang and History 
-Be a strong communicator with a talent for explaining difficult subject-related concepts
