Due to our continued expansion we are looking to add to our team of 10 foreign teachers - Harbin, China

EF English First Harbin was established in 2010 and currently has one centre with around 700 students. Due to our continued expansion we are looking to add to our team of 10 foreign teachers.

EF English First Harbin caters mainly to Young Learners but also has some adult classes and one to one tutoring. Applicants should be comfortable teaching all ages and levels.

We are seeking dedicated and passionate EFL Teachers who are available to start immediately.

Qualifications

Native speaker

Recognized TEFL Certificate

Bachelor degree preferred but not essential

Salary and package

6500 - 10,000RMB (NET) per month

9000RMB flight allowance (12 month contract)

Fully furnished accommodation provided or 1000RMB monthly allowance if preferred

Fully comprehensive medical insurance

22 days paid holidays per year

Harbin

Situated in north eastern China, Harbin is close to Russia, Korea and Inner Mongolia and is an ideal place to be based to explore this fascinating part of the world. Harbin itself has a lot to offer, not least the beautiful Russian architectural influence that adds to the attraction of the city. Harbin is developing very quickly, but there are still many places to go which are irresistibly Chinese.

Harbin has four distinct seasons, each with its own particular beauty. Spring brings streets that are lined with fragrant lilac trees and abundant outdoor markets. Summer brings the comfortably hot weather and the umbrellas of the numerous beer gardens dotted across the city (including the world famous Harbin international beer festival and the accompanying music festival). Autumn brings pleasant temperatures as the tree lined streets burst into colour. Winter, Harbin is famous for the spectacular Snow and Ice Festival during January and February when the city is transformed into a luminescent showcase of ice art.
