British Council Thailand is recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced English Teachers/Instructors to join our professional teams in August and September 2012.
As a member of the teaching team, you will work closely with fellow Teachers and/or Senior Teachers you support in delivering high quality English language teaching and courses. You will also have the opportunity receive funding for the DELTA and gain intensive Young Learner training. If you are looking to develop further in a dynamic and rewarding environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Key Requirements:
• hold either a Thai or British passport (please note that this is currently an essential visa requirement that is beyond our control.)
• an undergraduate degree in any discipline
• an internationally-recognised TEFL (i.e. Cambridge CELTA/Trinity CertTESOL) qualification
• at least two years of post-certificate full-time relevant EFL teaching experience across all age groups especially in young learners
• a high proficiency in English
• required behaviours as specified in the role profile
We offer a relocation package including flights from the UK (or equivalent location) to Thailand, baggage allowance, settling-in allowance and medical insurance, as well as a competitive salary.
