English Teachers Needed for Two Key High Schools in China
Number of teachers needed:
2 teachers in total for Spring 2013 (1 for School 1 and 1 for School 2);
11 teachers in total for Fall 2013 (3 for School 1 and 8+ for School 2).
Duration: 6-12 months (Arrive at school in Feb 2013)
Academic Background: Bachelor and above
Teaching Courses: Oral English.
Students: Senior High for School 1, K-12 for School 2.
Work Load: 22 classes (40 minutes per class) /week
Estimated Starting Salary： ￥6300 /Month- ￥8000/Month ；Negotiable.
* the average monthly wage of Shijiazhuang is ￥2927 or 465USD；
Insurance: Insurance provided, clinic fee included
Accommodation: Free boarding with furniture and electric appliances provided (As shown in the following pictures). Extra ¥6/day stipend for food expenses.
** Electric appliances provided: TV set, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine.
** Can be a single room.
Holidays and benefits: 1 Chinese language class per week; 1 trip in surrounding areas per semester; enjoy all national holidays; 1 round-way flight ticket per year
Visa sponsorship: Invitation letter and working visa
Other requirement:
Caucasian American citizen with or without TESOL certificate who pass the interview.
TESOL certificate is required for School 1.
Teaching credential is highly recommended.

Shijiazhuang means the Stone City in Chinese and the city’s history dates back to 206BC. Shijiazhuang has a population of 2.86 million and is a booming newly industrialized city. It has a number of public colleges and universities. The city is also surrounded by ancient buildings, scenic areas, and parks.
The City is a central hub of transportation routes. Connected with high-speed rail and airports, the city provides convenient transportation to all large cities in China. The City is only 50min away by high-speed railway from Beijing and 2 hours away by plane from Shanghai.

School 1- High School, established in 1989, is now accredited as Provincial Model School and key high school. With 330 nationally recognized teachers, first-class school library, and modern campus, the school provides education from Grade 7 to 12 and serves 5300 students, most of whom would go to college after graduate. The school is dedicated to provide all-round education as well as create an innovative environment where students can develop their academic ability and extra-curricular interest.
School 2-K-12 School, established in 1997, is now accredited as Provincial Model School, Provincial International School and a key high school. With 500+ teachers and 1,132,000 sq ft’ campus, the school provides education from kindergarten to senior high school and serve 8000+ students. The school is highly recognized for its international education, proving English, Japanese and Russian language instruction and having foreign teachers in resident at all times. The School also has many international partner schools in the US, UK, Australia, Russia, Japan and Korea.
