Who We Are

Ready Reading is a leading children's book rental and sharing platform in China. It works with domestic and overseas publishing houses to provide a wide variety of genuine Chinese and English books to millions of family members. Members from all over the country can enjoy the convenience of books being delivered to home using our WeChat official account and mini-app.

Moreover, members can choose books easily based on our categorization system and recommended reading lists. Ready Reading owns multiple children's libraries offline with aesthetic style. The physical libraries greatly improve member experience and parent-child reading quality. We plan to launch a city partnership program nation-wide, with a combination of semi-owned and franchise models. In this way, Ready Reading will expand to cover the whole country and serve more families that care about parent-child reading.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a BA degree preferably in Education 
2. 120 Hours TESOL/TEFL or CELTA certification 
3. From English speaking countries or European countries 
4. Ability to clear a background check 
5. Flexible, fun, friendly, creative and able to work as a team
