English Teachers Needed in Downtown Wuhan: 12000-14000 RMB per month plus free housing, 5 weeklong paid holidays and airfare reimbursed

Wuhan is the capital city of the central Chinese province of Hubei. Founded in 1996, our school is downtown located near shops, theater, skyway train station and scenic walks along the Yangtze with cafes, bars and restaurants.
For 2017, we have two openings for native speakers of English to teach English to pre-teen and early teenage learners. Prospective teachers must have a bachelor's degree ideally in education plus a recognized TESOL or TEFL certificate or two certified years of ESL teaching experience. Aptitude for music, dancing or visual arts, and knowledge of Chinese are desirable, though not required. A married couple entitling the qualification are also welcome to apply.
The salary ranges from 12000 RMB to 15000 RMB per month, depending on the qualification. The teaching work is between 18 and 22 hours per week, mostly on evenings and weekends. No office hours except one faculty meeting per week. Half of the salary is payable in US Dollars. One USD is equivalent to about 6.5 RMB at this time.
We provide a round-trip airfare and free-of-charge housing, airport pick-up, orientation, training and all teaching materials to teachers who sign a one-year contract, which is renewable with a promotion. Bonus will be given or rewarded to those who fulfill the contract. Fringe benefits include paid vacations, a heavily subsidized school group tour to a scenic location in fall, health insurance and free access to one of the best English libraries in central China, right here at our school.
We are legally permitted to hire foreign teachers, and will help you obtain a Z employment visa before you travel to China. We will not ask you to come to China and work illegally for us on a tourist visa.
