English Teachers Needed in Shanghai!

American Eagle is predominantly a Language School teaching Students ranging from age 3 to age 15. Teachers work a 35 hour work week with a maximum of 25 hours of teaching time per week. Class sizes range from 3-15 students, and every teacher is assigned a Chinese liaison to assist in the classroom. Teachers' responsibilities include:

•Planning lessons from a well set out curriculum

•Marking and grading quizzes and journals

•Assisting with parent communication

•Assisting with student recruitment

•Maintaining the high quality of English education that our parents and students have come to expect from American Eagle Institute

Accommodation: Provided

Qualifications & Requirements

Level of Education Required: Bachelor

Preferred Certificates: TESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hours

Additional Requirements:

1. All applicants must come from a Native English speaking country.

2. Only candidates with 2 years of work experience, in teaching/tutoring post-graduation will be accepted.
