English Teachers Needed in Shanghai!

Elitepal Education offers the highest quality of English education to the elite students from 5 to 15 years old. Each Elitepal center contains a library with more than 6000 original English books and audio books, state of the art online reading capability assessment tool, and provides best in the class quantity reading program to our students. Furthermore, Elitepal offers a US common core standard compatible literature teaching program, social study teaching program and public speaking program. In order to guarantee the quality of these programs, Elitepal employs a full foreign teacher team and a highly skilled Chinese staff team.

Elitepal Education currently has 5 centers within the city of Shanghai, and is expanding to open another 3 news in 2018. We are looking for English Teachers.

Job Description: 
- Handle all aspects of library reading program, including: Students¡¯ initial assessments; guiding students through the library ¡°flow¡±; interviewing students; marking book reports 
- Monitor the library ¡°flow¡± and motivate students to achieve their goals 
- Provide a certain level of public speaking and presentation skills for students from K to G9 
- Cooperate with Chinese staff to provide library student academic assessments 
- Teaching Common Core Literature, Reading and Writing Courses and/ or Social Studies courses from K to G9 
- Providing a certain level of public speaking training 
- Assist with coaching in the Library 
- Cooperate with Chinese staff to provide student academic assessments 
- Research and Development Projects

Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's Degree 
- Over 2 years of teaching experience 
- Native English speaker preferred

Wage package: 
- 17,000-22,000 RMB per month depending on experience 
- Visa sponsorship for successful applicants 
- 11 days paid vacation days per year 
- 3 days full paid sick leave per year 
- Free medical insurance 
- Round-trip international flight reimbursement of 8,000RMB 
- Discretional Bonus at the end of the contract depending on performance

Working hours: 
-Must work on Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm. 
-Then choose 3 days from Monday-Friday work at 11am-8pm. 
-Teaching hours: 20-24h/w 
-Office hours: 10-16h/w
