English Teachers Needed in Taiyuan
The Golden Maple English Institute was established in the year 2000 by a Canadian education group. Our management system is western, ensuring clear & honest communication with our foreign teachers. We provide English training for both adults and children. We also offer an overseas study service for high school students.
We're located in Taiyuan city, Shanxi province, just a few hours from Beijing. Our city is not as famous as Beijing or Shanghai, but if you are looking for a real Chinese life experience, then Taiyuan will be the ideal place for you to start your China experience. The cost of living is unbelievably low. Teachers can save up to 80% of their monthly wage.
There are many traditional sights to see around the city, such as Pingyao old town and Yungang cave, one of China's four most famous Buddhist Caves & Art Treasure Houses. We are currently recruiting native English speakers as full-time & part-time teachers for children aged from 4-12.
Application requirement:
Native speaker: UK, USA, NZ, AUST
Bachelor Degree or higher
TEFL/TESL/TESOL certification
Available start date: February;
Vacancy: 4;
Teaching conditions:
Salary: RMB7,000-10,000/month depending on experience and teaching skills;
Teaching hours: 20-25 hours a week;
Free accommodation: Your own well furnished apartment;
Yearly flight reimbursement: USD1,000
Arrival Support: Airport pick-up;
11 days Chinese National Holiday + 6 days paid annual leave + 2 paid sick leave, 5 extra paid holidays for an additional year;
12 months health and accident insurance for a one year contract;
A legal Z Work Visa and Expert Certificate provided.
Golden Maple was the first school to own the foreign teacher recruitment permit in Shanxi province and has an excellent relationship with local PSB.
Orientation & pre-job Training;
On-going training and academic support;
Free weekly Mandarin Chinese lessons;
No office hours, but you may be required to attend school meetings and activities;
