Young Learners Library
Our young Learners library from Shanghai ATM English is made up of over 400 books and e-readers. Our goal is to make Chinese kids voracious readers. ‘TODAY A READER, TOMORROW A LEADER’. We have fully air-conditioned classrooms with projectors, interactive white boards and Xbox 360. We adopt proven and workable teaching methodologies that are unraveled in Teaching English as a second language in China. We want kids to have fun with English and develop the passion to read.

Teaching hours.
We maintain normal working hours of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week for office hours. There is 25 teaching hours a week ( 100 teaching hours in Total) for teachers. Overtime would paid accordingly as the contract stipulates.

Conditions of service
We provide the following under-listed benefits for a year contract
Free fully furnished accommodation.
 2. Residence and work permit for the duration of the contract. 
3. End of service benefit plus plane ticket will total USD 500, to be paid at the end of the contract 
4. Monthly salary is from 12,000 to 15,000 Yuan depending on work experience.
 5. Travel allowance of USD 200 to be paid at the end of a year contract 
 6. End of semester bonuses of USD 300 (best performance bonus)
Salary goes up by 1000 Yuan for a second year contract and other bonuses are negotiable for increment based on the teacher’s performance in the first year.
