AroundAsia Foreign Language teaching style introduces advanced foreign language teaching software, matching with the most innovative teaching techniques tailored to fit Asian language characteristics. For the time being, it has established 38 branches in China,. These are located in all of the most suitable cities for living in the world. Since its establishment, the school has been getting strong feedback from society. In one year, there are 10,000 students attending AroundAsia schools. Qingdao AroundAsia Foreign Language school, registered in Qingdao in 2001, is officially approved by the Chinese government, Its main aim is educational development. Qingdao AroundAsia Foreign Language school are composed of 2 centers. Adults VIP center and Children¡¯s International School. It is the one of the best English training school in QingDao, located in the downtown district, targeting the high ¨Cend market.
The school follows an open-schedule system, in which the students can come as long as they want from 9 am to 9 p.m. and from Sunday to Saturday.
Every AroundAsia school follows a similar approach to teaching, based on communicative principles. The students are taught orally, grammar is almost absent from the everyday teaching contents. We believe it is a good chance for the teachers to develop their teaching skills in an innovative way

Where is AroundAsia Qingdao and what are the facilities like?
AroundAsia Qingdao(2 centers) are located right at the heart of Qingdao at the Golden Tower Office Building and century Tower Office Building, in front of the municipal government in the CBD area. Covering a 2.000 sq meters floor,

the facilities in each center include:
-one computer laboratories with 30 multimedia PC positions running a speech recognition application, in which the students can drill sentences and words orally. Therefore, their oral English will be softer and more understandable when they face the esl teachers.
-one television room, where students and teachers can watch vcd, dvd, films etc.
-Five salon rooms, where the oral workshops take place, equipped with air conditioner/heating, a whiteboard.
-Two areas with 4 students only classrooms, each one with a whiteboard.
-Offices, reception, teacher's office, library.
What are the contract conditions :
1. 20 sets of 50 minutes class per week, Salary is 8,000-10000 RMB per month
2. End of yearly contract bonus
3. 1,000 RMB compensation for housing
4. All Chinese public holidays are off and paid
5. Basic health insurance
6. School will be responsible for your legal work visa and work permit requirements
7. Two days off each week
8. Extra working hours will be paid.
9. There will be a 5% raise when both the school and foreign teacher agree to renew contract after completion of one year.
The qualifications of the foreign teachers are as following:
---Native English speaker(Canada, US, Australia, England,New Zealand or South Africa)
---University Degree and TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate are required
---Speak clear and understandable English (no speech impediments);
---Aged between 25~55;
---Overseas teaching experience will be preferable
---They should love educational work
---Commitment to the school should be 12 months minimum.
