English Teaching in Shenzhen

Dear teachers,

Let me post the things that you will be concerned with.

1, Location of the school:

Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, on the 28th Sinolink Garden a club Bayle International Language School

2, Compensation: Basic salary: 12,000RMB/month.

A basic salary of 12000 RMB will be paid on the 10th day of each following month. There will be pay raise every year based on the performance.

Monthly performance commission is paid as follows:

A: Demo commission (paid monthly): Number of successful demos * 100 RMB

B: Additional bonus (paid annually): It will all depend on the performance of the teacher.

3, Start date: No later than November 1, 2014.

4, Level of the students: 0-6 years old, 6-17 years old, adults.

5, Work Schedule: 0-26 hours of teaching per week depending on the season and about 15 hours of non-teaching duty. A total of 40 hours is required.

6, Holidays:

The teacher will receive the following public holidays should they occur during the duration of this contract:

New Year (1st January), one (1) day

Chinese Lunar New Year (January/February) ,three (3) days

Labor Day (1st May), one (1) day

Tomb-sweeping Day, One (1) day

Dragon boat festival, one (1) day

Mid-autumn day, one (1) day

National Day (1st October), three (3) days

Christmas day (25th December), one (1) day

The teacher is entitled to 12 days as public holidays per year. The number of days for each holiday is announced annually by the government. Normally the announcement is not made until very shortly before the holiday.
