About the program

At CultureSky we want to go beyond the traditional English classes and think outside the box. The key to learning a language lies in communication, therefore we build the foundation of our classes on communication and interaction. We want to give the Chinese youth the opportunity to interact with foreigners, who don’t know Chinese, that way they can’t take any “short cuts” and have no other options than to try their best to communicate in English. The key to our classes lies in engaging in practical activities, it is therefore a plus if you have a hobby or interest you can share with the students.

Job description

  Teach and interact with the students, focus lies more in interaction than teaching


• 
  Teach the students about your hobby/interests/culture


• 
  Inspire the students to learn


• 
  Follow up and evaluate the company's performance


• 
  Assisting in improving the program

We request 20-25 hours/week, main working hours will be during the weekends.

Benefits

• 
  US$160-US$320/month in allowance will be given depending on the work performance and previous experience.

Qualifications

• 
  Must have English as a first or second language


• 
  Must be an energetic, outgoing and inspiring character

  Good communication skills and strong ability to build and maintain relationships

  Organized and self-motivated

  Must be creative and have an ability to use your imagination in your classes

  You like to take initiative and enjoy working independently as well as a part of a team
