We here at Field Education International (founded 2009) are striving to be a different sort of private education company. Here, we place the education of our students as our highest priority. Through a combination of highly trained, professional educators, high-quality books and resources for both classroom and home use, and dual-language homework resources and support for parents, we provide our students with a superior English language education.

Our teachers have been hand selected for their training and experience; our courses have been meticulously compiled from various resources in order to provide the most rounded and complete educational experience for our students; and our resources for parents are provided in both Chinese and English in order to provide our students' parents with the tools necessary to continue and enrich their child's English education.

Though English language skills form the majority of our instruction, we also aim to provide all of our students with the social skills that will enable them to become productive, beneficial members of an increasingly global society. In addition to the English language abilities and more developed social skills, students who study and excel at a foreign language exhibit higher cognitive abilities that will enhance their non-language studies. Our contract

• One year contract

• Maximum 22 teaching hours per week

• 13-18 hours office hours

• Ages: 3-12

• Pre-made lesson plans and training curriculum

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 22-45 years old

• Native or Near-Native Proficiency in English

• B.A. degree or above (preferably in TESOL, Elementary Education, English Education, English, or Linguistics)

• 2 years or more of professional teaching experience (experience with young learners preferred).

• TESOL/TEFL Certificate preferred
