New York American English is an up and coming English language training school in Huizhou, a beautiful, pollution-free, and historic city in the south of China. Located only minutes from secluded tropical beaches, ancient monasteries, untouched villages, humming nightlife, and the bustling kitchens of the Canton region's finest chefs, Huizhou is the perfect place to begin an English teaching experience in China!

Our expert staff have years of experience teaching in China and will always be on hand to develop your teaching skills and help you integrate into an exciting new life. At New York American English, we offer a personalized approach that faceless chain schools do not.

We cater to all ages and English proficiencies, but we specialize in primary school instruction. We are also expanding our adult education programs. You will be teaching American English to small classes (5-10), for less than 20 hours a week, with full classroom and curriculum support.

We are looking to hire 2-4 foreign teachers to start in February of 2013. Contracts are for 12 months (renewable).

- 4 year degree from an accredited university in any subject
- TEFL/TESL certification, minimum 40 hours
- American English native speaker
- Enthusiasm, patience, and willingness to learn
