Disney English is looking for the best and brightest educators to instruct children ages 2 – 12 in an intensive program at our Language Learning Centers throughout China. The organization is growing at an exceptional rate and has established centers in several cities, with more to come!
Foreign Trainers will follow an innovative and immersive Disney inspired program, leveraging state-of-the-art technology as well as Disney’s beloved characters and stories to provide students with a highly engaging and effective premium learning tool.
Once you complete our training program, you will be proficient in delivering Disney English content. A variety of printed materials, multimedia tools and audio-visual aids that include formal exercises and language games will be provided in order to deliver a dynamic curriculum that emphasizes dialogue, story-telling, singing and role-playing.

Disney Foreign Trainer - English Teacher
The Person;
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· At least 18 months of post-graduate work experience, 12 months of which must be in a teaching role for a single employer.
· Must possess enthusiasm for teaching and for engaging young learners
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience teaching young children
· Experience having lived or worked abroad
· TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA certification
· Talent in the arts, music, dancing, theater
Disney Foreign Trainer - English Teacher
Remuneration:
· Salary: 10,000 – 11,000 RMB/month
· Housing Allowance: 3,000 – 4,350 RMB/month, depending on city of placement
· Full health benefits
· 7,000 RMB training bonus
· Flight to China paid and arranged by Disney English
· Return flight is booked by the candidate, but reimbursed up to 5,000 RMB
