Brief Introduction:
Beijing New Talent Academy, founded in 1995, is an international boarding school with two Kindergartens, Primary School, Middle school, High School, Cambridge International Center (CIC) and Chinese Center on one campus. There are about 2200 students from K to 12, 150 of whom are foreign students. There are 500 teaching stuff, 25 of whom are foreign teachers.
BJNTA is located at the west side of Beijing Capital Airport, neighboring the Central Villa District near Wenyu River, and adjacent to the New International Exhibition Center at subway line 15.
With 500,000,000RMB investment, BJNTA covers an area of 180 mu, which is of 100,000 square meters, having a full set of modern classroom and apartment buildings and facilities with comfortable and elegant environment.

. Positions available on Sept. 2013:
. One ESL teacher at Kindergarten, teachers who can conduct for a face to face interview prefered.
-Job Description:
. 20 office hours and 20 teaching periods (40min per period) per week.
. Teach students according to the teaching plans.
. Improve teaching skills, and encourage the students to implement their studies.
. Participate in guiding students to prepare for overseas college entrance application (high school teachers required).
. Actively participate in the school activities related to teaching.
. Communicate, encourage and stimulate the students to improve their study interest and creativity.
-Job Requirements:
. Abide by Chinese laws and the school's regulation. Agree with the educational culture of the school.
. Passionate for teaching, committed to the development of education and highly professionalism.
. Commit to self-evaluation and self-improvement.
. At least bachelor degree.
. Teaching certificated preferred.
. At least 2 years relevant teaching experience.
. Teachers from English speaking countries preferred.
-Salary and Benefits:
. 10000RMB to 15000RMB or commensurate with a teachers' qualifications.
. Full month salary for winter vacation or Summer vacation.
. 6000RMB travel allowance.
. 1200RMB for Teacher's Day.
. 2000RMB for Spring Festival.
. One bedroom accommodation on Campus.
. Sponsor work for Work Visa.
. Accident and hospitalized medical insurance, 3 days paid sick leave.
. Good discount education fees for a teacher's child.
. Use the GYM, Swimming Pool and other facilities according to the school's regulations.
