ESL Content Developer

Online ESL Teacher / Content Developer
 
Job responsibilities:
· Execute plans for the writing, editing, and production of ELL content throughout its development
· Record and edit audios for online courses on a regular basis
· Deliver online live lessons as needed
· Assist with the recruitment and training of freelance writers and editors
· Review quality of all contracted work; provide feedback to part-time writers; bring quality of content up to standard through development and revision
· Proofread lesson plans and digital content to improve quality, readability, consistency, and effectiveness
· Analyze product reviews and market feedback and decide best solutions for our customers that drive growth
· Attend meetings, conferences and workshops for professional development as required
· Perform other duties as assigned to meet company goals
 
Qualifications:
· Native speaker of American English
· Bachelor's degree
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Must be innovative, highly motivated, and team-oriented
· Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and meet established deadlines
· MS Word, PowerPoint is a MUST
· EFL/ESL teaching experience preferred
· MA TESOL preferred
· Mandarin speaking preferred
