Job Description
- English Proficiency training to young Chinese Students in China:
- A number of workshops in the form of English Drama Club activities will be organized. Teachers recruited are to provide English proficiency trainings to a small group of young students through some drama activities and natural communications.
- Teachers also have to attend various communityteaching activities organized by the Cluband they need to accept flexible working schedule.
- Teaching plan and teaching aid:
- Designingteaching planssuch as multi-media teaching plans
- According to the teaching plans, prepare the teaching aids
Requirements
- Canadian citizen or PR , any age or gender, over 1 year teaching experience in Canadian art school, elementary school, high school or ESLclasses; teaching certification or ESL teaching certificationpreferably;
- To be able to help students create study interest, self-confidence and effective study methods, encourage self-expression and team workamong students;
- Teachers are willing to focus oninteractionswith students, homework should not be recommended;
- To be able to analyze students’ abilityand make changes on teachingplansaccordingly;
- Trythebest to localize the teaching planaccording to the Chinese culture and environment, keep unique teaching style;
Selectively accept the suggestions from Chinese teacher and student’s parents

Salary and Benefits
- Payroll: Teacher will sign an employmentcontractannually. We offer a monthly salary of Can$2,000. The salary will be paid monthlyon every 15thday of the month.
- Benefits: The Groupwill provide free accommodation for teachers in China. Allthe billings on water, electricity, rent, cableTV, gas, internet and Property Management Feewill be the responsibility of the Group.Grocery shopping, however,isnot included. During the working day, the lunch and dinner are included.
- Accommodationconditions: 15 square meter per teacher bedroom provide(include 1.9 x 1.5 meter bed, mattress, closet, the bedding is not included) and 40 square meter shared living room( include cable TV, internet, table and sofa). We provide smoke exhaust ventilator, gas line, cupboard, refrigerator, some of the kitchen staff in not include such as microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and dinnerware. 2 wash room, 1 shared washing machine.
- Transportation fee: The Groupwill provideoneround trip air ticket between Canadaand China per year.
- For each contract term, the teacher will be entitled 1 week of paid vacation.
- Work schedule: 40 hours over 5 working days per week. Teachers have to take their day-offs according to roaster.
- Local traveling: For each contract term, the Groupwill provide the teacher with one sight-seeing and travel tourin China,
