ESL English Teaching in Changchun, China

UIL, based at Education City, Springfield QLD, has an English teaching position available at Changchun No. 2 Middle School in Changchun, China. The teaching contract is from September 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. Package includes return airfare, paid accommodation and utility costs. Salary is 11,000RMB per month and the teaching load is between 6 to 10 lessons per week.

This English program is an elective style subject option for Grade 1 students at the school (equivalent Australia Year 10). Course textbooks are supplied by UIL. Teacher training will take place at UIL Springfield campus prior to departure followed by ongoing assistance and support for the teacher throughout the teaching contract. This position is ideal for teachers new to ELICOS teaching who wish to expand their teaching and cultural experience.

Essential Requirements
- Any degree/diploma (3yr min) plus a TESOL certificate
- Native English speaker and Australian citizen
- Teaching experience desirable
