- Curriculum design and course development
- Organizing and delivering classroom lectures and activities to students.
- Evaluating a students' class work and assignments.
- Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
- Recording and maintaining accurate student attendance records and grades.
- Classroom management.
- Developing English lesson plans in line with the school’s requirement.
- Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
- Creating a vibrant teaching and learning atmosphere.
- Organizing some light and funny afternoon activities to foster students interest in learning English
- Perform marketing related demo classes
- Conduct English corner or western culture promotion club activities
- Some travel required
Desired Qualifications:
Education Background:
◆University degree, Native English speaker, majored in Education, psychology, international study is preferred.
Training Experience:
◆International training experience, TEFL OR TESOL Certificate holder is preferred
Relevant Work Experience:
◆at least 1year teaching experience
Key Skills:
◆be familiar with lesson planning and know how to develop new teaching materials
◆good classroom instructions and good conduct of the class
◆Strong interactive and motivation skills
◆Good computer skills

◆ possesses patience in dealing with students;
