▶▶esl Homeroom Teacher - Kindergarten - Beijing (up to 25k per Month )

Location: Beijing

Job details:

- Teaching Hours: approx. 20-25 hours/week

- Schedule: 7:30 – 4:50 (Monday to Friday)

- Students: Max. 20, 3-5 years old

- Equipment: Smartboards

- Curriculum: Managebac

- Chinese Co-teacher and TA

- Contract length: 2 years, renewable by mutual consent

Qualifications:

- Native English speaker

- Bachelor Degree or above

- At least 1 years’ experience within a structured curriculum

- PGCE or a BA in Education or Early Childhood Education preferred

- A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude working with children

Compensation Package:  

- Base Salary: RMB 17-25k per month (depending on qualifications)

- Housing Allowance: up to RMB 4,500 per months

- Fully salaried summer, spring, and holidays (3 moths in total)

- Expatriation and Repatriation flights covered (6000 RMB)

- Additional yearly travel subsidized (8000 RMB)

- Relocation allowance (5000 RMB)
