Paid time off:

1) The winter Chinese New Year break will be paid half the amount of your normal salary. And summer break will be paid half the amount of your normal salary if you renew contract for the next academic year. If you work through summer, then you will be paid normal salary.

2) The teacher is entitled to take Chinese legal holidays with regular salary payment.

3) Teaches 20 – 25 hours per week not limited in one subject in person as per school timetables. Beyond the timetable, teacher shall be paid extra class fees. The standard of English class fess should be $30 per class hour.

Purchases insurance of unexpected injury for the teacher under the age of 65.According to the Law, SNA will help teacher buy social Medical insurance after you obtain the residential permit.
