GYLES Foreign Language School is Tangshan's largest and longest established foreign teacher school. We're a government approved (SAFEA) organization that is held in high regard amongst the ESL community here in China.
We take pride in our low turnover of teachers which is testament, we believe, to the conscious effort we make in ensuring that the environment for our teachers both inside and outside the school is a positive experience. The school is Chinese owned and managed by Foreign manager and thanks to our continued growth, we're looking for quality ESL teachers that want a great teaching experience within an established and trusted organization.
All Eleven of our branches and department schools and one newly opened Kindergarten(300 won chinese yuan to built it) have been redesigned in the last year and we have expansion plans for more teaching centers. Presently we are preparing our first foreign teacher to run one of our branches as a private business, demonstrating our commitment to developing our foreign staff.
We provide ongoing professional training and development to a standard pretty much unheard of in China. Irrespective of your experience as a teacher, we are committed to continuous improvement for all our staff both foreign and Chinese. No matter how long you choose to stay with us, you are assured that your skills base will grow.
Compensation:
* 20 actual working hours/8000-10,000RMB (net salary after tax) per month
* teach 5 days per week and 2 consecutive days off
* 8,000RMB bonus on a 12 month contract
* 2 bedroom fully furnished shared apartment provided but if the teacher want to live alone then we can offer 1000 yuan living allowance
* Free transport to and from teaching sites,if the school is far than 30 minutes drive
* 14 days paid annual leave plus seven days unpaid
* Working Z visa/medical organised and paid for by school
