ESL Teacher 12 000 a month for 20hrs all included package!!! (SiHuiDong Beijing)

What you want to know first is this...
If you count everything in the package, your hourly salary will be at 137.5RMB an hour!!!
(For Native speakers from Canada, USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand only)
You will work a maximum of 20 hours a week (7000RMB)
Overtime possible if you want (150RMB an hour)
5 days a week, The 2 days off are during the week. Monday and an other day.
Saturdays and Sundays are from 9am to 7pm. (maximum 8 hours of teaching) break between classes and enough time to eat lunch and dinner. (we're not crazy, we don't like to rush, but don't like to lose our time either)
The week days you teach only 2 hours from 5:30 to 7:30 or 8 depending if it's a 2 hour class with no break or 2 classes of 1 hr.
You have to do your class prep at the beginning of the week and these hours are not paid so an experienced teacher will usually need around 2 hours to prepare 20 teaching hours while a beginner who wants to do things right could use 10 hours!!
Apartment paid with cable TV, internet, land phone, electricity and water bills paid (around 3000RMB a month)
Visa paid
After 1 year completion contract you will get a bonus of 12 000RMB
If you decide to resign with us you will get a raise of salary (9000RMB per month) and a 12 000RMB bonus!!!
You can check other schools, if you get more money per hour (which is very rare) it's because you will teach classes of more than 15 students, mostly of different levels so it's more difficult to get them all involve. The job will not be as relax and family size as we are.
And the school won't pay much attention on improving or listening to your ideas.
Small classes doesn't mean it's not dynamic. You will make the difference in the class and we count on you to make it fun and special for the kids.
We also try to vary the classes from 4 to 12 years old and give you private students, generally adults. This is to make it different from a class to an other. If you only teach the same book to 7 year old kids for example... you'll find it boring after a while.
Qualification
in order to get you a working visa we need
-a medical checkup from your local hospital
-a copy of your University degree
-a copy of your passport (USA, Canada, England, Australia or New Zealand)
-2 years in any related work
If you have one of these bellow, you'll have more chance to get the post
-TEFL or TESL certificate
-singing skill or music skill
-between 25 and 40 years old
-outgoing and dynamic
-love of children

The whole process takes a month an a half.
We will give you a list of all the documents we need from you and process
your visa application. You will pay for your plane ticket and it will be reimburse to you
at the end of your year contract. We pay for your visa.
We will pick you up at the airport and bring you to your apartment and you will always have someone reachable by phone that speaks very good English and can help with translation. You won't have to take care of any bill issues regarding the apartment, everything is included.
If you want to have Chinese lessons, we'll provide them for you for free!!
