ESL Teacher

Are you looking for a job as an English Teacher in China?

-Package: Annual after tax income is around RMB 260,000 - 270,000. Monthly Salary of RMB 14,000 - 16,000; Housing 4,000, Quarterly Bonus (up to RMB 5000), Semester (up to RMB 150 per renewed student).
-Position Requirements: Native English speaker, Bachelor degree, teaching experience or 120hr TESOL/TEFL

Administrative Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a positive relationship with managers, co-workers, students, and parents.
  2. Writing Communication Corners (CC) to parents.
  3. Make decorations for the classroom.
  4. Lesson plan and prepare additional teaching material.
  5. Attend school-wide events and activities.
  6. Comply with school rules, regulations, and policies.
  7. Maintain a rich, educational, and safe environment for students on school campus.

Academic Responsibilities

  1. Teach students the Eagle curriculum.
  2. Follow the teaching schedule that is given to you.
  3. Prepare for lessons before teaching in a classroom.
  4. Discipline children in an appropriate manner.
  5. When students fall behind academically, inform liaisons and come up with solutions.
  6. Facilitate social interaction amongst children.
  7. Give appropriate attention when parents raise concerns regarding student’s progress.
  8. Teach warm-up classes (short period class, up to one month) of below three years old students.

Promotions and Student Recruitment

  1. Accept trial students into classroom environment if the class size is below the maximum class size
  2. When not teaching, assist the marketing team with teaching and hosting promotional and demonstration lessons both in and out of school

Coordinate and participate in events and activities at school
