ESL Teacher for Kids (age 3-6)

Ailu is a comprehensive group focus on preschool education. The brand was created in 1987. Ailu has grown to more than 30 kindergartens, education investment companies, art schools, international children swimming project and early childhood education center spread across Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Zhejiang province, Guangdong province and Fujian province.

Currently we are looking for ESL teachers to teaching kids at our kindergarten in Chongqing branch,  Chongqing is  China’s forth municipality city, located in the southwest of china, has a humid subtropical climate,  it’s a beautiful city famous for its night scene,  tourist attractions, delicious local food and friendly people. If you are interested in living in the comforts found in large cities but with lower living cost than other mega cities like shanghai and Beijing, it will be a good city for you to consider. our  kindergarten is  located in a centralized, developed area with plenty of choices for convenient shopping, eating, and entertainment nearby.

• Working conditions:
• Students’ age: kids (age 3 to 6 )
• Working schedule:  5 days per week (each day : 8am to 11:30am, 2:30pm to 5pm) ;  Extracurricular interest class from 5pm to 6pm if needed and get paid accordingly

• Class size: small one with 20 pax ( 15 mins per class), big one with 30 pax (20 mins per class)
• Each ESL teacher has two local teacher assistants;

         Salary and Benefit:

• Monthly salary is typically between 14k to 19k RMB (including housing allowance) depending on the qualifications and experience of the instructor and the location of the school

• Paid holidays for 11 national holidays plus 5 extra days of annual leave, 3 days paid sick leave, 1 day off on Christmas day
• summer ( July and August) and winter (January) period:

         July:  need to work and get paid according to the actual working day;

         August: don’t need to work, teachers can get summer allowance RMB 800 for that month;

         Januay:  if teachers choose not to work, he get winter allowance RMB for that month;  if  choose to work,

                      get paid according to the actual working day; 

• Qualifications:
  Have a passport from UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa. (Visa requirement) 
  •Bachelor degree or higher (Visa requirement)
  •Two years of ESL teaching experience Or Teaching license in home country 
  •120hr+ TEFL / TESOL; or CELTA certificate
  •Be friendly, energetic, passionate, patient, courteous, professional, and engaging as a teacher
