ESL Teacher in Kindergarten

Responsibilities:

-Teach English to kids (students ages 2-6)

-Utilizing creative, interactive speaking and listening activities that engage students

-Classroom management

-Developing lesson plans and contributing to existing curriculum

-Attending meetings, teacher training sessions and seminars

-The teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities

Remuneration Package:

-Monthly Salary is 15,000 - 20,000rmb (after-tax)

-The school will settle Key Performance Indicator to the salary according to the annual profit

-All working documents sponsored

Requirements:

- A native speaker from the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand is preferred

- At least bachelor's diploma

- 2 years' teaching experience or teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA)

- Experience with teaching 2-6 years old is preferred

- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes

- An energetic and enthusiastic disposition
