ESL Teacher (native English Speaker)

Bowen Kindergarten is located at the one of high-grade residential quarters of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It covers about an area of 5500 square meters, enjoys quiet and safe surroundings with convenient transportation, and is equipped with sufficient teaching and learning facilities, including modern classrooms, computer room, reading room, dancing room and music room. Each one of our 17 classrooms is specially designed for kindergarten purposes, bright and airy, they are all equipped with large windows, TV, VCD machines, screen and projector, which making our little students feel safe and secure.

Teachers required: ESL teacher (Native English speaker)

Education background: with under graduate diploma or above and at least two years of teaching experience, holds the qualification certificate of TESOL

Salary: RMB8500 per month minimum. Starting salary would increase based on qualifications and relevant teaching experiences

Travel Allowance: Negotiable; One-time RMB5000 - 10000

Housing:Staff Residence 5-10 minutes away from the School campus

Meals:included;3 meals per day on working days.

Medical Insurance: Basic medical insurance coverage will be provided to each staff; there are School nurses and doctors available 24 hours at the campus.

Start Date: February 21,2013-February 20, 2014

Working Hours:

All teachers are required to teach up to a maximum of 20 instructional hours per week. Overtime pay will be given if the teacher goes beyond the 20 required classes. Although classes are from Monday to Friday, on special occasions, teachers are required to be on-call on Saturdays, i.e. Charity, Community, School Events...etc.

Pay Holidays: Chinese national holidays are fully paid
