ESL Teacher Needed in Qingdao

Qingdao GAC-ACT Center seeks ESL teacher

Along with providing university prep courses, we partner with local schools to supplement their English curriculum. Currently, we are hiring for an experienced ESL instructor to work four days per week at three local schools. This job is most suitable for teachers who enjoy working with younger students and designing active lessons. Teachers learning Chinese will also benefit from the opportunity to teach bilingually and interact regularly with the Chinese academic staff. The successful applicant will be given orientation, training, and support from our staff.

Duties:

* Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: Teaching at two middle schools

* Friday: Teaching at a local primary school (regular class + English club)

Compensation:

* 12,000RMB (after tax)

* 2,250RMB monthly housing stipend

* medical insurance

* Relocation reimbursement

Minimum Qualifications:

* Native English Speaker

* Bachelors degree

* Background Check

* Proof of Teaching English Certification/Training

* Two years of experience teaching
