ESL Teacher Needed in Shijiazhuang - Free Tickets and Housing

Introduction

US-China Business & Culture Exchange, Inc. has been appointed as a recruitment agency by a large international language training company to recruit ESL instructors from the United States to the language school in Hebei province of China. Our duties and responsibilities are to conduct hiring process from application reviews, application screening, job interview, placement, and any other related matters. Our job interview session can be conducted through Skype. The contract of employment will be signed between the successful candidate and the language school. This language school is located in Shijiazhuang and operated by a large international language training company which operates 500 schools and offices in over 52 countries worldwide and offers a wide range of educational programs from language training, educational travel, and academic degrees to cultural exchange programs.

Position Overview

ESL instructors must have truly exceptional presentation, communication and organizational skills, as well an obvious and infectious passion for working with children and young adults, engaging children in exciting activities, and celebrating the accomplishments of each child and young adult they teach.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in a comprehensive English program

• Demonstrate a commitment to systematic classroom, department, and school assessment and improvement.

• Participation in registration and advising, and consultation with students outside of class through daily office hours.

• Prepare class materials

• Deliver training of instructional courses maintaining a high quality of service

• Ensure stated course objectives are met by the students

• Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to a range of classes and age groups

• Provide assessment to the students of the outcome

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in any disciplines.

• TESOL certificate is not required. TESOL certificate will be added advantages

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written academic English.

• An native English speaker

• Computer Literate

Compensation & Benefits

These are full-time positions offering a competitive compensation package commensurate with your experience and qualification. The ESL instructors should sign at least a one-year contract.

The basic salary for these positions is RMB 7,000 (USD $1,130) monthly after tax. The package includes:

• Bonus: RMB 500 per month

• Teaching hours : 20 hours per week

• Free well-furnished apartment with Internet shared by 2-3 instructors.

• Reimbursement of air-ticket of RMB 10,000 after the completion of your service

• The personal accident insurance will be paid by the employer

• Free Chinese classes

• Free Teacher Knowledge Test (TKT) once a year

• 10 days paid holiday and another 12 days public holidays in China
