The duties to be performed by the Employee include:

1.Teaching ESL—- English as a Second Language

2.Lesson planning preparation as well as curriculum development

3.Supervising test exams giving level tests

4.Assisting with administration including intake placement of students recording attendance

5.Counseling students

6.Participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s)

7.Participating in Employee training programs workshops organized by the school

8.Participating in promotional marketing activities organized by the school

9.Attending all scheduled meetings where his/her presence is required

10.Other tasks assigned by the Education Department our school in his/her working hours, including meetings.

There will be a payment toward airfare costs of RMB 6,000 after the Employee has worked for the school for 12 months.And there will be a payment of house allowance RMB 2,000 ever month.
